Using the People’s Pause ToolKit as a means of cultivating self-awareness and self-management, areas of focus include leadership presence, emotional resilience and emotional intelligence.
Personal Growth: Your learning experience is customized to address areas of personal challenge including anxiety, grief, and depression. This format includes longer, reclining practices of Integrative Restoration, to quiet the nervous system and support personal inquiry, along with “short burst” breath practices of daily application.
